Facilitating ORID in Group Discussion

In looking for some information and more examples on the Focused Conversation Model (ORID), I came across this site. It has a focus that is more on using it as an analysis tools, but has some great information about facilitating ORID in a group environment.
It refers to the ORID model as "Strategic Questioning".
It goes into strategies for implementation to get the most out of the conversation, ensuring to cover the facts thoroughly, get a strong understanding of participants feelings towards the subject in an effort to ensure that the interpretive is based more on the information that emotion.
A well facilitated ORID conversation can be creative, collaborative, has an organic flow to the conversation, with reliable results at the end of the decisional stage.
